The team of MEGA SECURITY GROUP Ltd has established a present and effective system for selection, training, qualification and vocational qualification of the managing and guarding personnel. The selection of the personnel is conducted by former employees of the Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Interior and National Service for Protection with rich professional experience in the area of security and protection.
In order to begin working with us, the following documents are required:
- Employment application form
- Copy of a document certifying nationality according to article 50(5).1 from the Private Security Activities Act
- Diploma for minimum completed secondary education
- Criminal record certificate issued by the respective regional court according to residence
- Official note from the Regional Prosecution Office or Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office according to permanent residence that the individual has not been brought in as a defendant for an intentional crime of a general nature
- Medical certificate from a health care institution for physical and clinical health status
- Medical certificate issued after an examination with a psychiatrist
- Document for professional qualification in the profession of ‘security guard’ or a successfully passed course, issued by an institution from the system of professional education.
